‘Tea and Fairy Cakes: Porcelain Lunchbox for Lolitas’ was featured in the ACES Show.

“The Association of Canadian Industrial Designers [ACID] is proud to present the first annual National Student Industrial Design Recognition Show hosted by Emily Carr University of Art + Design in Vancouver, BC

The ACID national student exhibition features the ‘best of the best’ final thesis 2011 student industrial design work as identified by regional Professional Members of ACID: the Association of Registered Industrial Designers of Ontario [ACID-O], l’Association des designer Industriels du Québec [ADIQ], and the British Columbia Industrial Designers Association [BCID], as well as participating schools of industrial design in the Provinces of Ontario, Quebec, Alberta and British Columbia.

The show represents twenty three of the best industrial design student grad thesis work from across Canada, and is a sneak peak at tomorrow’s star Canadian industrial designers.”

“The annual Degree Exhibition highlights students’ creativity and innovation across design, media and visual arts in our Bachelor and Masters’ programs.

This year, we feature the work of 306 graduating students in the following disciplines: animation, ceramics, communication design, drawing, digital and interactive arts, film/video/integrated media, illustration, industrial design, interactive design, painting, photography, printmaking and sculpture.”
